The following describes the privacy policy (as amended or otherwise changed from time to time, the "Privacy Policy") applicable to the services available through the Bidology website on which this Privacy Policy is posted and any other online communications and interfaces from Bidology (collectively, the "Site"). Information We Collect
We collect personally identifiable information ("Personal Data") about you that you provide to us while using the Site. Personal Data is information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your name, address, phone number, credit card number or other payment information, or email address. Our Site includes links to other websites and online services whose privacy practices may differ from those of Bidology. For example, you may be able to log in to our Site using single sign-in services such as Facebook or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal Data with us, such as your name and email address. If you submit Personal Data to or through any of those websites or services, your information is governed by their privacy policies. Bidology may share your Personal Data as described below:
Affiliates: We may provide Personal Data to current or future affiliates or subsidiaries for research, marketing and other purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. Local Service Providers and other Bidology Users: When you use the Bidology service to purchase a service request, we may provide your Personal Data to the Local Service Providers (“LSPs”). Similarly, if you are an LSP, we may provide Personal Data to consumers requesting your services.
Vendors: We may disclose your information to our vendors, agents, or others who perform functions on our behalf. For example, we may use vendors to help us handle email, analyze the data we collect, and market our services.
Unaffiliated Third Parties. We may disclose your Personal Data to other unaffiliated third parties, including for their own marketing purposes. Please see our Special Information for California Consumers section below with regard to such disclosures.
Business Transfers: Our business is constantly changing. As part of that process, Bidology may sell or buy other companies, and Personal Data may be transferred as part of these transactions. It is also possible that Bidology, or substantially all of its assets, may be acquired by another company, whether by merger, sale of assets or otherwise, and Personal Data may be transferred as part of such a transaction.
Compliance with Law and Other Disclosures: Bidology reserves the right to release Personal Data in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations and other legal requirements; when we believe that disclosure is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or other legal process served on us; or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.

Aggregate and De-Identified Information. We may disclose aggregate or de-identified information about users for marketing, advertising, research, or similar purposes, such as reporting on pricing trends.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track information about your use of our Site. We or our service providers may combine this information with other Personal Data we collect about you.
Do Not Track: Our Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals and we may track your activities once you leave our Site. You may disable certain tracking as discussed in this section (e.g., by disabling cookies).

Clear GIFs, Pixel Tags and Other Technologies: Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, which are embedded invisibly on web pages. We or our service providers may use clear GIFs (also known as web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags) in connection with our Site to track the activities of visitors to our Site, help us manage content, and compile statistics about usage of our Site. User-Generated Content
We invite you to post content to our Site, including your comments, pictures, reviews, and any other information that you would like to be available on our Site. If you post your own content on our Site, the contents of your post, as well as other information, such as your username, may be available to all visitors to our Site, and we cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Privacy Policy, the law, or your personal privacy.
Updating Your Personal Data
You may change, access or delete your Personal Data by accessing your profile or by contacting us at consumersupport@bidology.com. To protect your privacy and security, we may verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your Personal Data.
Updating Your Marketing Preferences
We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt out of such communications by updating your marketing preferences in your profile or following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you emails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.
International Transfers
Our Site is intended to be used by customers located in the United States. If you are located anywhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect about your, including Personal Data, will be transferred to, processed and stored in the United States. The data protection and privacy laws in the United States differ from those of the country in which you are located. U.S. governmental agencies, courts, or law enforcement may be able to access or obtain your Personal Information (for example, in response to a court order).

Children
Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to purchase, cancel or modify any services available through Bidology. If we discover that a person under 18 has provided us with Personal Data, we will promptly delete such information from our systems.
Security
We have taken steps to help protect the information we collect about you from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your account by, among other things, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
Special Information for California Consumers
California residents may request a list of certain third parties to which we have disclosed certain types of Personal Data for their own direct marketing purposes. You may make one request per calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response.
