How does it work?
It's simple and completely FREE. First, let’s say you have a professional service you need completed. Well, simply log into our site and enter the type of service you need to complete. Then, you add a description, and upload any images or documents to better explain the type of work you need completed. Next, you enter a bid amount you are willing to pay for the service to be done, or you can also request bids from local service providers. Once you submit your request, Bidology connects your request to local service providers who will review and accept. When connected, we safely administer payment to the service provider, either in full, or in milestone payments as mutually agreed upon by you and the service provider. Do I pay membership dues or any service fees?
Absolutely not. Simply submit payment for your total transaction price to Bidology and pay any applicable taxes and credit card processing fees. We do not charge consumers to utilize our service and get connected with local service providers
Is my information secure?
Protecting your security is our top priority. As such, we keep your information completely private until the service provider accepts your service request. Only then, do we provide them your basic contact information to begin work. Additionally, your funds are administered directly through Bidology’s secured payment gateway, and we release funds to the service provider once the project is completed, or in milestone payments. The service provider never receives payment information from you, only Bidology
What if nobody accepts or responds to my service request?
After 48 hours your bid will expire. However, Bidology will send you a notification alerting you with the number of Local Service Providers that have reviewed your request (but not accepted) and we will likely request that you increase your bid to attract more attention
How do I dispute a bid transaction?
If you are not satisfied with the project, or need to dispute a claim, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve on your behalf. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information on our resolution process.
What if I'm not happy with the outcome?
We strive to ensure you are satisfied. However, in the event a project is not completed to your satisfaction, please contact Bidology immediately so we can work to resolve on your behalf. Additionally, for a minimal fee, you can purchase Service Protection that provides you with up to 100% of your total transaction price
How does Bidology make money if it doesn't charge me anything?
We never charge a membership fee or require credits to submit or participate in a service request. For our service, Bidology charges the Service Provider a $5 Flat Fee when you hire them to complete your request.
